Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Agnomy account and its associated data at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens when you do.
In the Agnomy app
- 1Open the Agnomy app and sign in.
- 2Go to Account, then Profile.
- 3Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
- 4Confirm with your password. Your account is deleted immediately.
On the web
- 1Sign in at agnomy.com.
- 2Open your Profile from the account menu.
- 3Find the Delete Account section at the bottom of the page.
- 4Confirm with your password to delete your account.
Can't sign in?
If you can no longer access your account, email us from the address on your account at [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request.” We'll verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What happens to your data
Deleted
Your profile and personal details (name, email, phone, address), your login credentials and saved sessions, your business and provider profile, saved payment methods, uploaded photos, messages, and your quote and booking history are removed from active use. Your account can no longer be signed into.
Retained for a limited time
Some records tied to completed transactions (such as invoices and payment records) may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes, and are purged once those obligations lapse. These records are not used to identify or contact you after deletion.
Deletion is permanent.Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored. If you want to use Agnomy again later, you'll need to create a new account.
